Hello,

I'm glad to announce Backup Manager 0.7.2.

This is the second development release since the stable/development fork
in our release process and is the first release that includes the work
of Michel Grentzinger, a new member in the development team.

A big thank to Michel who did a great work and who helped a lot for this
release.

The release notes follow:

Release Announcement:

  This release provides a new burning system that can be run interactively in
  order to burn the whole repository into several optical media (CDR/DVD). The
  process burns data until the medium is full and then ask the user to put a new
  medium for following up. It's also now possible to burn all the archives of a
  specific day with the command line. The dar support has been enhanced (better
  support of incremental backups, bug fixes) and more than 16 known bugs have
  been closed since the last release.

    + It's now possible to use the burning system interactively in
      order to burn the whole repository into several media.

    + New option for the "--burn" switch, possible to give a
      specific date for burning only data of that day
      (eg: `--burn 20060310').

    + New kind of DVD media: "DVD-RW". This kind of medium implies
      blanking the medium before burning data whereas the "DVD" kind
      doesn't.

  * Bug Fixes:
    + Incremental backup with dar now works correctly.
    + MD5 hashes are updated in the .md5 file when rebuilding an existing 
      archive.
    + Stop removing files located in $BM_REPOSITORY_ROOT that aren't archives.
    + This release closes a total of 16 known bugs since the last release.

  * Changes:
    + Added support for the ServerAliveInterval ssh option.
      This helps when the "building file list" step of
      rsync takes a long time (high I/O load for example), and the
      connection is closed because of non-activity.
